Wednesday: Mizhar Park at 7PM for 4 x 1000 with 2 minute recovery

A Dubai based running group we meet Mondays 7pm at the entrance to Mushrif Park, Wednesdays 7pm at the first on the left entrance at Mizhar running track & Saturday runs start times and locations vary.
